SCIENTIFIC SOCIETY OF EVANGELISMOS HOSPITAL (S.S.E.H.)

• the encouragement and promotion of the scientific activities of Evangelismos hospital
• the contribution to the postgraduate education of Greek physicians
• the contribution to the development of the medical profession and the Continuing Medical Education (CME) of the scientific staff of Evangelismos hospital and of Greek physicians, in general 
•  the encouragement of the publication of high quality scientific works by the scientific staff of Evangelismos hospital 
•  the presentation of rare and/or interesting cases in the Greek medical society
• the creation of an environment for noble competition among health professionals, for the benefit of medical science
• the communication and cooperation of the Society with other scientific societies and/or organizations of similar scientific scope

SSEH consists of active, corresponding and honorary members. Active members are all  physicians and other health science professionals as well as postgraduates of academic schools related to medicine, employees at Evangelismos hospital.

The Board of SSEH comprises 9 members:

7 Consultants or Registrars (Senior and/or Junior) and 2 Trainees. The members of the Board are elected every two years by the General Assembly.
